I used to hop between multiple apps to track my todos and calendar invites for the day which reduces my productive time by quite a fair amount. With Routine I could have it all in one place without getting out of the flow.

Just got access to @routinehq, and I'm already in love ❤️. It's a very nice combination of Notion, Google Calendar, Things, etc. The UI is also quite minimal.

I have been looking for a way to organize my daily and weekly tasks for a long time, and Routine has everything I wanted and more. The ability to connect Notion was life changing, but the feature to create a task from any screen or program made it even better.

Routine provides a simple workflow to handle objects across multiple projects and areas that includes usable calendar functionality. A must if you are an academic, creator, or both.

As someone obsessed workflows, I've tried every todo/planner in existence. Routine is the best one out there. Combining tasks with calendars is great, and allowing me to plan work for a day or a week is a brilliant feature. I'm looking forward to what the team comes up with next!

Notion was too much. Outlook + Word was too little. Routine seems just right for me.

Routine is great for organisation! I use it every day and I can't imagine my life without it. My favourite feature is the keyboard shortcut which lets you add tasks without having to switch apps. I use Routine to plan the week ahead using the calendar and I jot down my brainstorms using Notes.

CTRL + Space and you have that Idea, task or event instantly in your system! Later you organise all of it into your week.
