In the latest version of Routine (0.5), we've packed some powerful updates that will help you save time, schedule seamlessly, and write with more formatting options.

Here are some key features from our latest launch:

Automatic Link Detection

When you are writing, the Routine app will automatically detect URLs in task names, descriptions, pages etc. This is done through the power of natural language processing that is built into the app.

Inline Scheduling

Routine's latest release allows users to schedule tasks directly in notes. You no longer need to use the schedule button or CMD+S to schedule tasks, now you can just set them up as you are creating check boxes.

Markdown formatting

You'll now be able to use more ways to format your notes on Routine with the introduction of Markdown formatting. The options include bold, italic, stricken-through, code and links.

What's next?

We've got a bunch of new features planned, you can check them out here.
